I would like to thank chief Mohamed, he was so kindness and helpful. The Aqua it was interesting for my kids. The heating pool verey good . .

The animation team very lazy i didn't see them appearing except in the night after show the said to us ( thanks for your coming). There is no activity by the animation team. Its not acceptable to use the main restaurant to make special party to who pays extra money. The program party at the night it was very short it just 30 minutes.!!

It was our first time in Egypt.

It was our first time in Egypt. We were in 3 adults and have chosen the family room and it was a fantastic choice. Spacious, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and one balcony with partial sea view.Hotel is being kept cleaned and tidy. Also the garden is just stunning and having little walks around is very pleasurable. Two heated swimming pools in the wintertime it was a perfect idea so we had lots of fun! There are many restaurants to chose from. Food was very good. Different cuisine themes every night made big variety of food so could never get bored of it. The staff is polite, smiley and always happy to help. They didn’t really pester us. Everyone was making sure we are having a good time. Evenings shows were also interesting. Big thanks for the animation team for occupying us with games, shows and different competitions and also dance nights. The beach was clean and big enough for all the people so it didn’t feel crowded. Can fully recommend this hotel for couples but also for families with children.

the food was amazing and delicious ,and there was many varieties, the animation team was also perfect. The swimming pools was heated and clean. I would like to consider your hotel rate, and decrease it ,so your hotel becomes more affordable.

Great Experience

-Nice sandy beach along with corals if you want to walk till the end of the pier. -Good and clean superior room -Excellent stuff. Housekeeping Mahmoud from 4th building is the best so far -The food is very good. I have been in Egypt 11 times and this was the best experience so far. Thanks to the Head Chef Essam. -A nice location which is close to the airport and also walking distance to Senzo Shopping mall.

There are no interior facilities to be used for free. No Indoor swimming pool in case the weather is bad. Or Sauna is with a charge which makes SPA with less visitors.

Wonderful experience!

Resort helped us do early check-in and have a breakfast. Food was great. My daughter loved Aqua park!! My wife and I enjoyed every night with different restaurants like Spanish, Asian, Mexican, Italian and so on. Beach was also wonderful. I strongly recommend this resort.

Incredible

Everything there was beyond my expectations. Specially the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone in this hotel knows their job and does it very well. They made sure we were at our utmost happiness. We spent three nights at The resort and we wished we could extend our stay. The resort is well situated with 3 extra clean pools which we enjoyed a lot specially the little kids pool. the aqua park was highly amusing. What we liked was the presence of life guards all over the pools areas monitoring everything. The beach is extra clean and we enjoyed going for a walk over the marine. We dined every night at a different restaurant at the restaurant. I highly recommend Gamila restaurant and the main restaurant. There are a lot of activities on the beach. Mini golf, beach volley, darts, horse and camel riding and many more not to mention water activities. There’s also kids area on the beach which my kid enjoyed a lot. Will definitely repeat the visit there and i highly recommend it for a long stay.
